My dog was mangled before I even opened it. I was in shock and was 3 days late, after the 30 days to refund. I hadn't even opened it. They absolutely would not refund my money on something I will never use. It hasn't even been opened. This is so cruel and wrong not to make an exception. I will never order anything sold on tv ever again. I'm so upset because it will never be used and I'm out 80.00.
