My payment won’t go through for a bill

I am trying to pay my light bill I have a different payment and I was trying to pay my light bill in my payment was declined Ill check my balance I have money in my account but it wont let my people go through it locked my account

Horrible customer service constantly…

Serving in military I have used pelican for last 20 years. They have horrible reps, never provide you answers and have to force them to do the right thing time and time again. Scammed out of 1800.00

11/28/2018 talked to guy named Oscar Mendez. Called this number. Got Hanna connected me with him. He supposedly paid my credit card and I got 1800 in Walmart credit cards sent him picture of numbers haven’t been able to talk to him since! Yes check bounced now I owe double
