My delivery are not delivered but payment already made

My wife kfc App show my order status not found.. Customer service not answer my call from 4 oclock until now Payment already made by app. Service very pure and not good for customer... I order for iftar but now have to find another food...but payment already made to KFC RM60.50 User's recommendation: Dont ever order KFC.
