The seat decking is totally falling apart!! And according to the guy that came to look at it, the decking is not covered by warranty??? In my opinion, it's a manufacturing defect! Why put Velcro only on one side of a fabric, when you always put 2 pieces to connect?? With just the Velcro on the cushion it rips the seat decking and puts a whole in the decking!! This is unacceptable and needs to be fixed under warranty!! This couch cost too much money to be in this condition so soon after purchase!! How are you going to correct this issue? I think you need to rethink your design of attaching the cushions. HELP!!
