I am a rhinestone designer and I purchased Cameo 4 because of the really great reviews! You can imagine how I feel now that I've owned one for 3 weeks, and I am not able to cut out my designs. Though it starts to cut out the circles, it will not continue to cut them all out to the very end. I am really upset with this product. What can you all do for me? I have so much work that I am behind on due to the cameo 4 not doing its job. User's recommendation: either don't buy the product or deal with frustrations of the product.
