My app refuses to work and i’ve paid. says wrong credentials

It works w exact credentials on a pc but not a phone. Service is for the birds! Run Forrest Run! Dont even bother googling a customer service # bcuz when u call it it simply says to reach out online. So here I am and I am ticked! Poor customer service. Never again will I be robbed by this eronious organization
