I have been asked to change password many times and I still cant get a satisfactory fix for my problem. I am 80 and dont remember the way to move around in the phone all the time. Please assist me getting this figured out. I need a one-one conversation with someone with patience to walk me through getting this sorted out. User's recommendation: Keep trying.
