My 2nd experience

My first dealing with your Plainfield Indiana location was with my 2017 Camaro 2SS. Dealership dropped it off I bought the package...undercoat,diamond gloss and rust inhibitor. Got my car back and the undercoating was sprayed on 2 of my 4 rims.took it back up there and they said it was cleaned off. Took my car back. 2018 took my car back on my own this time for it's normal service. While there I asked about getting rid of the swirl marks ( it has a Mosaic black paint) they explained what they would do to fix it and gave me a quote. I accepted it and left my car with them. When I got my car back I was not happy. The man at the counter said you car looks great here is you keys. When I got to my car I first noticed almost every body line was filled with wax. Wax on my black convertible top. And Im pretty sure the buffed the car with the doors open. Because my leather interior was covered in dust. I paid and additional 700+$ for this service. Well the manager came out and looked at it and said we will take care of it. So they cleaned it and I took it home and had to detail my car after having it detailed. I almost forgot I your techs decided to take my car on a 4 Mile drive. 4 miles is what was put on my car when I picked it up. They would've had to drive around the building a hundred times to put 4 miles on it so I know they took it out. Fast forward to 1 month ago. I bought a new 2019 white Silverado and again bought the package through the dealership. I almost didn't but they make it easy and figure it in the loan. But anyways I left it at the dealership again so I could get a rental why it was being serviced at Ziebart. Well 3 days went by got a call from the dealership said my truck was done and looked good. Went to the dealership on my lunch break and picked it up. Looked at it quickly seemed ok. When I got home and went over the truck It had over spray on the fender lips, bottom and sides of both rockers, below the back window and everywhere between the cab and bed, on the white shocks, drieshaft, and my Pro Comp lift decals. Well after calling the manager her said it's prob not as bad as I think and that I was probably exaggerating but bring the truck back up there and he would look at it. Next day it was up there. 2 1/2 hours later it was done and to be honest I was tired mentally, physically from this experience. Went to drive off and noticed my change was missing out of my holder. Went back and told the manager my change had been stolen he asked how much and told him I had $.97 in it when I came there and $.22 was all that was there. He did reimburse me the $.75 and apologized. Now a week later I detailing my truck and my wife says what are these hole in the door jam. When they sprayed the rust inhibitor in the door jams the didn't put the caps back in the holes. So now I have to make another trip in there to get the caps if there still have them. I'm not sure who is running the show in that place but you have lost my business from this point on. If I could get my money back I would. I won't take my Camaro back up there and my truck won't go back there either. I will make sure I tell everyone about my experience with Ziebart and I am also writing the owner of my dealership and letting him know about the service and theft. And yes I do have pics to verify everything I have told you Thank You Chad Surber
