Mothers Day Gift Card

I purchased a Mothers Day Gift Card for $100.00 and was to receive $100.00 of equal as discount. Did not receive!! Very hard to give a gift and say I am sorry you cant shop until this is rectified!! I want to cancel my order if this is not rectified today! Sent e-mails to Customer Service NO REPLY... Called Customer Service and was solicited by whomever!! This should not have happened... Very disappointing... User's recommendation: Disappointed!
