There was an add in are local newspaper here in Walla Walla,Wa.For Morgan financial institute..which displayed a number 188********.I then called that number and a representitive for morgan financial answered and i went through what i thought was a loan process..i gave him my social security number,name,address he then told me i am going to pass this information to our loan department be expecting a phone call in 3 to 5 business days.the time came and there was no phone call..so i then called to check on my loan and they asked me how long have you been waiting for the loan i told the representitive about a week and a half.Then he said he would let one of the loan officers know and that they would give me a call.Within an hour i recieved a phone call from a loan officer(laura copeland).she said i was approved for a loan for 10,000 dollars.This ocurred on and about october 23,2007.then she read me over the phone the terms and conditions form.then laura said i needed a cosigner that made 43,000 dollars a year..so i asked my step dad and he agreed.i then called her 3-way and she talked to my step dad,he told her i have an excellent credit score and i would like to co-sign for my step son.laura asked him if he made 43,000 dollars a year he said no i dont so she told him u dont qualify to be a co-signer for him then.laura then advised me of my options..get a 4 month advanced security deposit or buy 2,000 dollar security insurance plan.i chose the 4 month which consists of giving morgan financial institute 4 months worth of payments which amounted to $720.00 dollars.laura gave me information on where to send it and who to send it to.which was to ALBERTA,CANANDA and the person to send it to was another loan officer by the name of rebbeca holind.then laura told me to call her back with the reference number number.she then told me to call back in an hour to give time for her to put my money in the bank.then i called her and no answer.i called her back and a secretary said she has left her office and to call her back tomarrow.i called the next morning and she told me that my file was transfered to the customer service office and that she wasnt my laon officer anymore.so i called the customer service department 187******** the phone number she gave me.i spoke with a man he said i have bad credit with other companys and that i needed to get an insurance which costed 2,000 dollars. i told him i had no more money he said well hold on let me go talk with my manager i was on hold for 3 minutes and then he was back and said i spoke with my manager and that they would pay the rest of the insurance for me that all i needed to pay them would be $540.00 dollars.and that i would have to wait until the 16th of november 2007.to get the money in my checkings acct.i waited and the money never showed up so i called and they wanted another $830.00 dollars and i told him no i wasnt going to give them anymore money.so the man said it would take about 30 to 45 days.he told me to call him on the 30th day to make sure my money was in the process of return and no one answered.so when the 45 day came around i called and they answered and said that this isnt morgan financial institute this is copeland financial 187********.so then i decided to check out the morgan financial institutes page and low and behold what did i find.....welll im sure you can guess.IF ANYONE HAS ANY INFORMATION OR ANYTHING THAT CAN HELP ME WITH THIS PLEASE DO!!!
