I paid 4.99 for a "free trial" of a lip plumper. I did not see ANYWHERE until later on when the "customer service" rep informed me (there is a tiny terms and agreements link that you have to click at bottom onf page) that I was signing up for a subscription. Who in their right mind would agree to pay $75.00 monthly for a lip plumper that doesn't even work. I demanded a full refund and explained that I did NOT have the money to pay for this and they still would not budge , I was almost in tears on the phone and the woman just kept repeating her script verbatim. Worst experience ever , they are a fraud and horrible company !!!!!!
