Money Outstanding for Flight Not taken

I purchased a safari excursion through African Safari Group on February 17, 2020. I paid a whopping $5,721.30 for a 4 day safari stay at Duba Explorer's Camp, Botswana. After multiple times trying to explain my disappointments with the value and service I did not receive at the camp, I have not even heard back from the reservationist that booked my stay, back in February 2020. Due to the COVID19 pandemic crisis in Canada, I left for Johannesburg by charter flight on March 22, 2020. As my trip was cut short due to the pandemic, I was unable to continue my journey to Durban via a MANGO flight which was booked and paid for February 17, 2020. I was to continue on to Durban via Mango flight JE259 on March 22, 2020. 3 Attempts to cancel with original reservationist proved to be futile, exhausting, and hopeless as the person was completely incompetent and unprofessional in completing a simple cancellation request. I am left out of pocket for a domestic flight One-way Johannesburg- Durban in amount of $685 RAND.
