My grandson, homeless as a refugee of the Texas winter storm, needed a place to stay while his new apartment becomes available. He neededneededB a room for Sunday, Feb. 28. Somehow, his reservation was made for MARCH 18. THE SAN ANTONIO MOTEL WONT REFUND HIS MONEY!!! HE IS A MINIMUM WAGE WORKER AND IS OUT MONEY FROM HIS CREDIT CARD AND NO PLACE TO STAY! User's recommendation: Beware! Verify and reverify the reservation date.
