fragment service internet and cable tv. numerous service calls with no satisfaction. they have no idea how much time it takes to humor their calls and waiting to fix something that should be working. looking for alternatives. missing channels, pixelating, stuttering change of chanels, slow internet and difficulty bringing up email for months now. Have called and waited numerous service calls which no one would send to a supervisor. all things at house have been fixed so obviously it is a service issue. one tech told me there was a conversion and the bugs werent. work out. nothing but problems for the last few months. they have no concern !
