missing packages; unhelpful bad customer service!!!

If I could give 0 to adidas customer service I would. Fedex says that my packages were delivered but were not. (3 packages with 3 different tracking number supposedly arriving the same day) We were home on that day and did not hear a single knock on our door. So I called fedex of course and went through their process. Filed a claim and waited for 2 days for their investigation right? And next thing you know they just insisted that they delivered them. So fedex told me to call adidas instead, and so I did. I filed a claim with adidas and was told to wait for 8-30 business days process time. So I waited and after 30 days I didn't get an update from adidas so I went online to their chat box because when you call adidas you will be on hold forever!!! So customer service said I am sorry we didn't give you an update. So if I didn't made the first move to get in touch with them I wouldn't have known that my claims are being denied!!! Yesss they denied my claims!!! Of course they could not tell me the reason why. They told me to email their customer support and their respond could be 8-20 business days. That was the moment that I was laugh crying because wtf right? Adidas told me to call fedex to reopen the claims but when I called fedex they told me to call adidas because they should be the one handling my claims not me because they are responsible on my behalf as their customer!!! So I called adidas and told them what fedex told me and they still say well theres nothing we can do about it because they denied your claims like really!!! I didnt receive my packages and this is what I get? A [censor] bad customer unhelpful service!!! Adidas fooled me but you know what karma is a [censor]!!! Wtf adidas I spent almost $500 [censor] dollar!!!
