Rude Old Men

At Revivals in Palm Desert, California, there is an old man wearing a grey shirt and a grey cap with white hair in a ponytail and he is being extremely rude and is bullying a few people near the cash register. What kind of friendly atmosphere is this? This store is full of rude people
