Missing Furniture Delivery

i ordered a leather sofa, leather chair, and ottoman as a birthday gift for my husband back on May 2nd. I received email confirmation of my order and the payment was immediately debited from my checking account. The expected delivery date was May 16th. It is now June 22nd and I still have not received my fully paid for furniture. I do not receive any communication or updates regarding a new delivery date. I've called, emailed, and sent chat messages to customer service numerous times and do not receive any response or delivery date. I would like my furniture delivery to be scheduled and executed ASAP. User's recommendation: Do NOT order from this vendor online.
