Missing & Damaged Dresser

PDresser came without hardware to assemble base and 1 drawer guide damaged. Ordered replacement parts 4/27. Parts due May 14th. Never arrived, confirmation of replacement parts has no order number. Allmodern is a retail version of Dantes *** No Number, no tracing. 58 minutes, oh no problem we will give you a case manager, NEVER received promised return calls. Online account system a circular nightmare ending with a request to contact them by phone! Hours of wait time. Customer surveys all given 1 star, all follow up emails ask same questions and around we go. Trying to cancel original order, now 30 past. No response. User's recommendation: Pray nothing goes wrong, incompetence or ?, I believe they want people to tire and give-up.
