Bought tickets for Monster Jam JNB. Was mislead about fees and ticket were way over priced. Through Viagogo the tickets were R570each, but later found similar tickets in the same tier for R250. Viagogo’s fees are terribly high and they mislead you by saying the tickets are running out so you should buy quick. I then relisted my tickets via Viagogo but had to drop the price considerably to get them to sell. Then they hit me with transfer and bank fees again. I was meant to receive R3000 from my ticket sales but was told it would be R2800 beyond the fees. I then called my bank to action the transfer and it was only R2700 because it was from ABSA to FNB. I feel cheated and extremely annoyed but this transaction. How many other peoples money are they “stealing” through misleading their customers?!! They should not be allowed to sell tickets for another country’s event!!
