Misleading Practices
Went to Seagate's website to order an external drive and found what I was looking for (hopefully). The site clearly states standard shipping was free and I'd get the drive in 2 days. I needed it quickly so I ordered it. Turns out the 2 days is actually 7 days. Classic bait and switch. Get you to order the product and send it to you on their shipping schedule. I called and the customer service rep admitted it was misleading but offered no resolution except refuse the product and get a refund. Another 2 to 3 week process. Never order from Seagate again!!!!
