I received an email that a grill was on sale and to order quickly. When I clicked it said it was 20% off and free shipping. I tried using the code and it didn’t work. I called customer service. After an hour on the phone the manager said it’s not on sale. I said it was misleading. He said it’s just their marketing department to try to get you to buy. Even after showing him the screenshots and forwarding the email I received he said it’s their way of marketing.
