National floors direct does NOT stand by their installation, warranty nor do they commit to the customer service promise that they state... They have NO address, when you call them you get a CALL CENTER who cannot help you. Our floors were installed incorrectly with separation gaps... It has been 3 months now of waiting for an adjuster to come out & inspect the floor. They have 1 (ONE) customer service girl who answer ALL calls, & she can't help you!! I should of known that it was NOT going to be a good experience when they tell you it is CASH only paid to the installers!!! Beware of NATIONAL FLOORS DIRECT they are horrible...
