I filed a greatly abbreviated version of my complaint a few days ago. My concern now stems from the "Pissed Consumer" website, specifically their legal notice that they may change or modify complaints. Therefore, I am not sure if they are a paid consulting firm to de-escalate problems and protect corporations such as casper. Reaching the front office of this corporation is not possible and indicates that firewalls are in place to protect the company. I am not sure if this complaint system is such a firewall. User's recommendation: Do not believe Casper reps - they have untold numbers of backorders.
