Mis selling and poor customer service

I was mis sold a broadband sim card, I was told it was free but have found out that I was charged for the duration of my contract. Expecting this to be resolved I was told by an adviser that the call was listened to and that I would be refunded and I would be called within 48 hours. Now over 2 weeks later, numerous phone calls that I have had to make, I have had no response from Vodafone, an offer of £100, less than a 3rd of what I have paid. And had nothing but god awful service from people sounding like robots. The worst part is they have acknowledged that they have made the error and that there is a history of them mis selling this product which shows that it is a common theme. User's recommendation: Stay well clear.
