I placed an order on the 9th of nov. ...On the 17th of nov after no emails no tracking nothing at all . I contacted them and received an email stating some items were back ordered but where back in stock and in 2-3 days would receive a tracking#..Well on the 27 of nov i contacted them again and once again was told it was shipping out ...3 days later i finally received a tracking # except when the package arrived it was not all of the order only 2 items !!! No other tracking # no emails This is a horrible company to deal with buyer beware!!! I have contacted them again and informed them i want a full refund and will be filing fraud charges with my bank and will be filing a complaint with the bbb.. I have a online store and could not even imagine treating my customers like this.. This is hands down the worst experience i have had shopping online..
