Messed up hair

Went to my local Supercuts on 725 **** at 4:50 PM unfortunately my hair got messed up not happy with it at all I have not been able to leave my house due to the way my hair looks I literally have highlights on one side of my head! I am requesting a refund and would like to file a complaint Ive tried to call several numbers to get a hold of somebody to resolve this and have been unsuccessful
