Melia Vacation Club in Cabo Real, of Cabo San Lucas

I purchased by vacation club membership back in January of 1995. When it was purchased I was told that I would have a two bedroom unit with a kitchen and dining area, and I was able to purchase food in restaurants when we decided to dine out, and used it as such until the Melia Hotel was remodeled in 2017-****, I believe, and then became the Paradisus Hotel. That hotel does not have any rooms with a kitchen and dining area, and I am unable to purchase food in restaurants without buying a very costly all-inclusive wristband at a cost for me and each of my guests. They do not have a method to accomodate vacation club members. I have tried many times to contact the hotel to see if they can make a better accomodation for us and they say there is no one to talk to. I am extremely unhappy with this change and feel I should be reimbursed for my purchase and for my inconveniences and cost of using this vacation club or have them purchase back my membership.
