McCauleys in Albemarle NC has not provided promised owners manual

I purchased a automobile from Tripp McCall @ McCauleys G M in Albemarle N C and the owners manual was missing and Tripp promised in writing to provide one to me. It has been 6 weeks and no manual and he will not answer my e mails.Can you help or am I just out.I have purchased 2 autos so far this year and provide two other families with autos.It seems to me that General motors would want their dealers to be more responsive to their customers.Maybe you do not care and I will soon know the answer if nothing is done.
