If one called customer service, she got a Pakistani with poor English skills whose only recommendation was to reboot the computer after going through twenty minutes of verification that you had an account. TODAY, reboot the computer is the Pakistani or BOT sending out a replacement kit. There is no one on the other end to understand what I need. So how in the *** can I believe I will receive my own results? I once saw the inside of Bank of America's interoffice mail room in San Francisco. Mail was stuffed everywhere, littered all over the floor, and so much mail nowhere near the sorting area. I thought any correspondence that arrived was a miracle. I hate to think what their lab looks like. They must have a mail room losing everything. Shameful!
