Trying to find the rate I'm charged for cash advances on my card. It's not on the statement, can't find it in the papers that come with the card (just a range) I phone for info - it is a weekend yes but many company's have tele service help, so closed till Monday. Maybe I can find some info online in my account. I log in and am intercepted with a screen with all the benefits of going paperless and the only option is to click yes to paperless or I cannot access my account. Not a happy customer.
