I applied for credit at your Gilbert, Arizona store in October. I received a letter from Synchrony Bank stating the following: "we are unable to approve your request at this time. Your request was denied for the following reasons: Credit Bureau reports applicant is deceased. I have tried calling Synchrony Bank, Sagestream and Trans Union Credit Bureau with no resolution. I owe At Home for this purchase but don't know how to proceed. Can you help?
