I called into Males Outlet, to purchase a ring for our 25th wedding anniversary. The call was placed on May 21,2020. Due in June. My husband came home from his two week, job. I tried to pull up the email to show him. It had gone into my spam account. Upon, looking at the ring, I realized it was the wrong ring. I had been calling for two weeks straight, without getting through. Yesterday, June 13,2020 I finally reached a live person. Then, she stated that ring wouldn't be available until the end of July. That's, way after our Anniversary. We've, been dealing with Zales, over 25 year's now. Please, help. User's recommendation: Check email asap. Check spam.
