I have only had good experiences with OptumRx as far as expediency, efficiency and customer service; however, yesterday, I was surprised and extremely disappointed in your total lack of regard for the environment in OptumRX's outrageously inefficient, wasteful and probably expensive packing of my order. Three tiny bottles were packed in a very large box with yards of heavy packing cushion and two rather unnecessary cold packs. Bottles don't even need refrigeration, certainly not for mailing and even if they did there was no need for yards of heavy padding and a huge box. I would greatly appreciate your comments and certainly your input to your shipping department. I am attaching photos of packing material and 3 tiny bottles enclosed in the box.Thank you.
