I have been a Hoveround customer for about 6 years so I decided I was ready for a new one.according to Medicare rules. When I received the new chair (MPV-5) it was running a little too fast. I had a repairman from the company come and slow tt down somewhat which he did. The only trouble is that the chair going forward is to my satisfaction but in reverse it barely moves They refuse to come and fix it unless I pay for a $120 service call. T.his was the fault of the repairman who adjusted it incorrectly so I feel it is the responsibility of Hoveround to rectify the error.
