Uber sucks. The prices have gone up tremendously and the service sucks. Have been to work late a couple times this week because drivers are canceling trips after you've been waiting 10 minutes. It then takes another 10 minutes to find another ride and by that time the prices have went up. Uber has to do better, we are in a world wide pandemic. Have a Heart or at least provide service that matches the price you charge
