Made a purchase order was shipped back to sender. It’s been over a month going on to two months and Zapfel still haven’t resend my package or refunded my money

Order was returned to sender since Sept 11 I need my money Back I asked to the order to be resent and I just cannot get anywhere with u guys. Please refund me
