Lying, Heartless So Called Busniss!

I called AD 3 weeks ago to inform them that we had been at Hospital in Macon for my husband to have heart surgery. I told them that because I am unable to work ( epilepsy) & My husband being ill I could pay the bill in full June 1st. I was told not to worry everything was taken care of until then. Now today they call me & say our trash pick up is suspended &they have to have payment now or we don't get service. Why do they lie & treat their customers so badly when the customer is trying so hard to take care of things even in a crisis? I was raised that what goes around comes back around good or bad but I pray the way AD treats people never comes back on them.
