May 1, 2018 I purchase a refurbished pellet rifle from DS, receive email next day that it had shipped FedEx SmartPost(snail mail), the item arrived on May 10, the factory cardboard box had been turned inside out so it was just plain brown on the outside, you could see where the box had been busted in several areas, when I picked it up off the porch, you could feel the rifle shifting around inside the box, I opened the box to notice there was no packing material inside the box, just the pellet rifle inside a clear plastic bag. The rear sight was broken off and the 3x9x40 scope was not even in the box. I emailed customer [protected]@dailysteals.com almost immediately(Thursday 5/10/18), to inform them of the issues I have with my order. On Friday 5/11, I get an email from "Dennis" with daily steals, he is very polite in his email and has included a link to a form I have to fill out in order to return the damaged item I received and tells me that it takes between 0-3 business days to complete the request . I filled out the form as requested, didn't receive any response from DS, on Monday (5/14) I email "Dennis" to inquire about the status of my return, he responds that I still need to fill out the return form, which I did for the second time and emailed him that I had done so, it is now Tuesday (5/15) afternoon and I still have not received a return authorization from dailySteals. Now I feel I must file a claim with Paypal in order to receive my refund. My first and ONLY transaction with Dailysteals.com BUYER BEWARE
