I have been a client of this bank for 10 years. It is amazing compared to its main competitors in the industry. The only drawback which I experienced lately was a $50 overdraft fee. Such a high fee, don’t you think? I do not want to look like a know-it-all person but a person who runs out of money to cover the bills is unlikely to find an extra $50 for overdraft fees. Otherwise, my other experience was pretty excellent. I love their friendly representatives who never miss to boost my mood when I pass by their branch. Finally, I love their coffee, I never miss a chance to have it when I visit them in the morning. Love the service!
