Cargurus charged me 29.95 to post a ad so that could sell my vehicle. I changed the price of my vehicle so they sent a code to my email and I took the picture of my vehicle and the code 3 different times. It was never verified so I called them four times and left four voicemails and the third voicemail I told them to refund my 29.95 and remove my ad or allow me to repost my ad. I go to see if my last picture was verified and my add was taken down completely with no refund. User's recommendation: Make sure your price is set once you post your add.
