Lost My Item and Bad Customer Service

Missing item. Said that I have received but no one at home! Ask them to show me the signature like who actually receive it cannot produce! Called the customer service and her attitude sucks (Malay Lady didnt get her name) 13.08.2019 at ard 12.38pm. So rude! She said my address wrongly and I corrected her then she raised voice at me. What is wrong with this company?! Been using Qoo10 for so many years now I face this kind of problem?!
