Looking for refund!!!

We arrived at the hotel at 6:00 for the shuttle to the airport, When I called the Hotel they said I would have to wait for the 6:30 shuttle, our flight was at 7:15 so we couldn't wait, Please refund my acct. the $44.37 that was charged. Susan Duffett
