I am a Telnor customer in San Felipe Baja California. My internet service has been off since January 28th. The phone side of the service has been off for over 3 years. When we purchased this service we were assured that we were getting a state of the art upgrade. On January 1 I received an email stating that you were going to terminate service to our area and have us go to a Tercel modem. When I returned the modem I have they informed me that option was no longer available and they would send someone to restore service. That has not happened and every time I visit the office there are other people there with the same problem. My phone number that does not work is 686688**** email cordelle@***.com I doubt that anyone will read this cares if my service works or not but I have been searching for avenues to reach someone who has an answer.
