Long wait for parcel

My customer was long waiting for her parcel to arrive . Its been 7working days , still not yet delivered. I even pay higher (230pesos) just to make sure it arrive safely to my customer. U dont even have a contact # so we can trace our parcel where the *** is it , how irresponsible u guys .
