I thought I was paying my cell phone bill one time and turns out I have been on auto pay for 5 months paying them, the phone that is being paid has been disconnected for 5 months. Cell pay does not answer calls. On the phone with Chase to see if I can get some of my money back. User's recommendation: DON'T PAY ANYTHING ONLINE UNLESS YOU ARE ABSOLUTELY SURE IT IS THE CORRECT WEBSITE AND COMPANY.
