Lift installed wrong

I had a lift kit installed. They didnt put the 8 inch clam Shell bushing on and it made my tire feel bad. Called and they said I have to pay more to get the lift taken off. This was not my fault and I shouldnt have to pay anymore money. They didnt do the job correctly. I would like a refund User's recommendation: No way would I recommend this shop and I won’t be returning.
