Company lied to me about the interest on my account. When I asked for the hardship department because I was on disability they denied me to speak to them. Then I called back few weeks later and they just passed me from customer service rep to customer service rep. Finally I got to the hardship department which was useless. They sent me back to customer service. User's recommendation: Don’t use them.
