i came upon some bugs i face in game and after i contact live support they assure me about i will have gems returned to me but after some days which they said it will take till i receive them back they started lies and brought many excuses ull find evidence in pic 1st they claim there was a bug and next day thay say their staff made a mistake, even if we say on best case it was staff mistake : he has to pay for his mistake. this group is just a money hunger lier and fraud system. they set only a *** system and always claim system runing smoothly while 70 % of the time their system has flaws and many bugs. funny is when u report their bug instead they be happy about free reporter they get angry and never fix it
