Liars!!! Took my money! DON’T get this card!!!!!

IRS says they deposited my money on August 19,2020 and nearly 2 weeks later still no money on my card. I talked to reps but no direct answer. The money should be there but nothing. This is the worst bank or card anymore can get!!!! Ps.....if I can give a negative star I would. User's recommendation: Don’t get this card!!!
