I've called on a monday to have access to my unit for saturday. The systems were sown and the lady told me she will call me back when the systems were up and running. Complete lies. Tuesday came i called and asked for saturday access to my unit or even sunday. The representative told me rhey are never open on the weekends. Basically calling me a liar. I told him i had access before on a qeekend sp he pulled up my logs and saw i wasnt lying. Instead of backpaddling he began to say their not open on weekends. It mustve just started. Again i had access before. I can have it pull on a weekday thats the best i can do for u. I hung up. Called back and someone else told me i can have my unit pulled out for the weekend just sign a liability form. I expressed i need my unit this weekend. I signed it email it back. The weekend gets here guess what my unit is no where to be found. I called and the rep said are u sure. I explained im in the parking lot its not here. He proclaims he called the manager the best he can do is pull it down on monday. This is unacceptable when i made arrangements. I did my part why cant your part be done no one else can access it and pull it down. This is not the first ive had problems with them at this point all i want is my things out of this unit. Im paying money for something i have no access to. Their quick to take my money but refuse me access to my items. This company is full of it i had enough!!!. I just want my things at this point. Tired of being lied to. U get quoted one price and pay something completely differ. Quick to email me stating rates are increasing but no emails on hours of business changing. Again full of ***
